Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thero alleges that the Muslim service of the SLBC, which is maintained with public tax money, is being used to communicate to the people of this country on Wahhabism.
They have been using national radio for about eight years to break down and build on the extremist ideologies that are building and building inter-ethnic harmony in Sri Lanka, and the Easter attack proved that Islamic extremist groups are growing in the country and that it is widely accepted in Sri Lanka.
The Rev. Galagoda Atte Gnanasara Thero made this statement after meeting the Minister of Mass Media and Information Keheliya Rambukwella at the Media Ministry today (21).
