Media Minister Keheliya Rambukwella says that the most challenging budget will be presented this time.
He says that the country is currently facing an abnormal situation and in such a background various problems may arise in presenting the budget but the government has a responsibility to keep the people of this country alive.
Therefore, this year’s budget will be prepared based on the key issues of keeping the people alive and developing the country, he said.
