The government today confirmed that 500,000 Oxford-AstraZeneca doses, donated from India, will arrive in Sri Lanka tomorrow.
Chief Advisor to the President and head of the Presidential Task Force for Sri Lanka’s COVID-19 Vaccination Drive Lalith Weeratunga speaking at a media briefing pertaining to the country’s vaccination drive said the 500,000 COVIDShield doses will vaccinate 250,000 persons.
