Ukrainian President Vladimir Selensky says a militant from any country wishing to fight the Russian army’s invasion of Ukraine can freely enter his country without a visa and join forces with the international security forces.
According to the Western media, the President of Ukraine has issued this statement by issuing a war order. Martial law is currently in force in Ukraine and it will remain in force in Ukraine until the end of the war. Accordingly, during this time any militant will be able to enter Ukrainian territory and fight with Russian forces.
