Minister of Justice said that, preliminary draft of the new constitution will be handed over by the expert committee appointed to draft a new constitution before the end of next month.
Accordingly, the new constitution could be brought before the end of this year, he said.
He also said that expert committees have been appointed to amend obsolete criminal, civil and commercial laws and that each committee is reviewing about 100 amendments to various relevant laws.
At present, some minor amendments are being made through the Cabinet, he said. He said that these amendments would be made in two ways and some amendments would be made by the Cabinet and some by the Parliament.
