The number of people who were arrested for violating quarantine curfew laws has risen to 1,812, Police Spokesperson, DIG Ajith Rohana, said today (2).
Along with these suspects, 282 vehicles have also been seized by the Police.
Furthermore, a total of 70 persons have been arrested so far for not following COVID-19 safety guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health.
